RefCom is a wireless, one-way, voice delivery system that enables you to mentor and communicate with “new” officials from anywhere on or near the field. Shadow trainers are no longer needed. One Mentor can communicate, train and develop up to three officials at a time. Earpieces, allow for privacy of instruction and calls, from the players around them. Within one or two sessions capable officials can be effectively trained.
